At iHealth, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price and applicable tax.
Return Instructions:
Please contact our Customer Service team at support@ihealthlabs.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
Shipping & Refunds:
- Items must be new, unused, and, when possible, in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases where the product is confirmed defective or the return is due to our error.
- After we receive your return, please allow up to 30 days for processing.
- Once processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–7 days.
Non-Returnable Items:
The iHealth Flu A&B/Covid-19 3-in-1 Rapid Test and iHealth COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are considered personal-use items. A replacement may be shipped if the item is confirmed defective.
